Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns or refunds. Customers are requested to carefully review their orders before order completion. 

If there are any issues with damaged or incorrect orders, please reach out via the contact form or email adding "ORDER #: <orderID>..." in the subject so that we may work with you to correct the issue.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made, as well as cost of packaging, etc..
